Investigating University Students’ Internet Searches on Information Problems

In this  study the information searching processes expressed by 40 university students in the context of three tasks are investigated. Students search processes during the completion of the three tasks were recorded and screen capture software. The expressed web information searches within the context of the 3 tasks were analyzed. The analysis of the student’s answers revealed that they were more successful on the second and third task after the realization of a didactic intervention on the information seeking process on the internet.
